Just be sure the center bore isn't too small.

After a bit of searching I found this:

Wheel Part Number: #71193A
2007-2011 Mini

Size: 16" x 6.5", 4 Lug, 100mm Bolt Pattern, 48mm Offset
Finish: Silver
Description: Used 5 Double Spoke OEM Alloy Rim

$180 per rim from that site.

Perhaps a different color like white would suit them better.
