ok i found this on passwordjdm.com what they fit on a 95 lx civic

Yes they will fit but depending on your height you may need to do some fender rolling.

it stock for now thinking about maybe 1 or 2 inch.

this will give you an idea...
the wheels on the front of my car are 15x6.5 +23mm offset

So yours will sit in +5mm further than mine. I only have 195/50R15 tires though so you should be alright with the 205's.

I did do some fender rolling and still rub sometimes but I'm kind of low too. You should be ok on a 2" drop :thumb:

I personally wouldn't do +10 unless you were trying to go for the hellaflush look.

To me slipstreams say "performance" more than they say "hellaflush" since they don't have a deep lip.

Plus you'll have more body work to do (rolling/pulling fenders) depending on your drop, in addition to a 205/50 tire being a good meaty tire and not a stretched tire on a 6.5" rim width.

they have a 40mm offset? ..

So how does it go the higher the offsetmm # the more the wheel sticks out of it's home??
