Help! How to do?!

Can someone tell me what center caps are used on these LS Mesh Wheels? Also do you think the person who did these repolished the wheels then paitned the spoke lips black? I really like the look of these wheels but I am not sure how hard it would be to pull off. Thanks to anyone who can help

don't know about the center caps but teal dx did something similar or maybe the same thing to his hx's wheels

it looks like they painted the inset areas black and polished the face of the wheel.. looks good

Teal on your VX wheels the polish is really bright, if I did the DIY polish can I stop at a certain point so the polish on my wheels can look like the polish on the wheels I posted?
EDIT: Basically, I want the polished part to have the "Machined" look to it. Also what kind of black paint do you think he used for the black?

the center caps are 99-00 Si center caps.
the guy painted the wheels, then polished the face.
