Can anybody tell me what wheels these are?

They are 15x7 5x114.3
There's a small "ATC" logo on the front near the lugs, but I can't find a company called ATC that makes wheels.
On the back of one of the spokes, they say "Made in Germany"

I saw the same wheel on 4x100 once if that helps.

The edges of the spokes are more rounded on mine and the lips are not stepped on mine.

hmmmm looking closer at your first picture

it looks like a wheel from ATC International Japan

logo is kinda similar to that.

they do make various things like mirrors, aero kits and other stuff.

There a replica wheel of ATS definatly german, they do Euro style wheel mostly for german/dub scene, i think that ATC is pretty old school so finding out what exact wheels will be difficult but i'll have a look too
