I have a 1995 Honda Civic LX 4dr slammed on skunk2 coilovers and i have decided its time for some rims. I am not looking to spend too too much but i want a real nice JDM look to it. It is already slammed on steelies but i get pulled over way too much! I don't know what color i should go either. The color of the car is like a Phantom Grey. So what do you all think as for make and color of wheel? Also, which tire size should i go? I can get some polished rota circuit 8's with hankook 205/50/r15 w/ 80% tread and he wants 420 with 2 steelies. what do you think?

If its your first set of wheels, I think rotas are good
If those C-8's are in good condition, then snag them up because $420 is a good deal.
IMO I think white wheels on phantom grey looks
My hatch is phantom grey, I threw some white c-10's and I love the look
