A simplified reference for wheel offset

lay the wheel face down onto the ground so the backside of the wheel is facing up. Take a straight edge and lay it diagonally across the inboard flange of the wheel. Take a tape measure and measure the distance from where the straight edge contacts the inboard flange to the hub mounting pad of the wheel. This measurement is backspace

then get the wheel width and refer to the chart below

i may be retarded but i cant figure out that german link for stretch?

someone please help

my rim: 8" wide 15" diameter
old tires were: 195/50 r15


with old setup no stretch?
I WANT STRETCH! lol

so what do i do? 185? like 185/45 r15 or even 185/50 r15?
