Just picked up these gems a few mins ago. :thumb:

Michelin slicks mounted on 15" Enkei's. I got these for the killer price of $75!! The slicks themselves are kinda shot, they only have maybe 10 passes at best left in them. Previous owner had bad camber issues and burned up the tires pretty bad.

The rims are also kinda beat, but they're Enkei's and they're light as hell! They're a lil scratched up and in need of fresh paint. I'm thinkin about stripping them and painting them bronze, or possibly black again.

I'll update this thread as I make some progress on them. :thumb:

those are nice for the price man...no one around here runs slicks at the track...there arent very many imports, well hondas, theres alot of super fast evos and wrx's around here though

Slicks is the only way to go. Its a waste of time and money running on street tires or drag radials. Plus you beat down the motor and dont turn as good a time as you could. Slicks is an easy way to cut half a sec off your quarter mile time.

yea i know thats what i say...ive always run slicks on the race car...i might get a set of slicks for the eg once its all together

there OEM wheels off of a mazda mx-3 gs, my buddy has one and he has different rims on it and i want the stock rims for the same reason....nice find man. he tells me there worth alot actually.

The rims themselves cant be much more than 11-12lbs. they're light as hell even with the tires on them.

After I get them re-painted I'm probably gonna wrap them in some M&H slicks, shit should be hott!
