Civic EG

Here's the problem, (just started doing this a couple days ago) every time i get in my car and start it, let down the parking brake the brake light in the cluster turns off like it should. but as soon as i start driving the light turns back on. i've taken the center consle out and played with the sensor and it works fine to make the light go on and off while the engine isnt on and the car isnt moving.

Does anyone have any ideas on what is wrong with it???

look at your resivor to see if you need to add any fluid
