rear disk help?

so i dont have the tool that twist and compresses the rear brake piston the one that has the + on it , is there anyway to do this with out the tool

I used a sturdy pair of needle nose pliers, a file... anything that will slide into the grooves will work fine.

i used a big flat head screw driver , just turn it between the groves

As above I do the same. As a top tip loosen the cap off your brake fluid resevour as this will help reduce presure when winding the piston back in
