- Thu Dec 30, 2010 6:00 pm #230556 my e brake doesnt work at all when i pull it up. i have to put my car in gear when im not driving. i adjust the e brake cable and doesnt work. its jst stock drum brakes. do i need some new brake lines? idk what is the problem.

- Fri Dec 31, 2010 3:30 am #230651 take your drums off and look inside. Maybe your rear shoes are shot. While the drums are off, have someone pull the e-brake and see if you can find the problem. I hate working on rear drums.
