- Mon Aug 21, 2017 7:22 pm #6907701 Quick question, will lowering springs off a 1997 EK fit on my 1995 EG coupe? May be getting my hands on a set for free, but I'm not sure if the two are compatable. Dont know much on Honda's, I'm new to them.

They will fit, but the EK's are slightly heavier than the 92-95, so it might not be quite as low as advertised.

If the springs are still on the struts from an ek the fronts will fit and the rear perchs will need to be widened.

If your doing your own install of the ek springs onto your eg strut i would highly recommend cutting your bump stop in half when in here, super easy to do and will give you more strut travel while still having the bump stop in their.
