I've had experience with camber kits. The only reason I ran one on my old car was because I had some rims that were 16x7 with a 37 offset. I wanted to be super low so I had to add a ton of negative camber to get them to fit under the wheel well. If you are just running stock rims you don't need a camber kit. Camber shows the wear but Toe is going to wear the tires down and faster. The only thing you really need to know about lowering a car is to make sure you get it aligned afterward because the toe will be messed up. Even then you can have them adjust the camber too.
I ran with my 16's on my old car for 2 years and the only thing that ruined the tires was the toe in the front. I had -4 degrees of camber in the rear and it took over 2 years for wires to finally show and that's pretty good.
If you plan on running stock rims, you don't need a camber kit. It's just more money you'll be wasting on something that you don't need. Unless you are going for the flush look. When you lower a civic it's automatically going to add a bit of camber but that's normal. Hopefully this helps.

what brand that is fairly cheap do u reccomend. are ebay springs any good? and i already know with 2 inches of drop a camper kit will be needed. thanks in advance, Andrew.
