don't act too quickly, pretty much anyone with lowering springs has the driver sitting lower then the passenger. mine does, andi 've seen numerous threads on numerous forums about the same thing

Rear trailing arm maybe?

I'm not so sure, I have Tein coilovers (height adjustable) and they are measured down to the last mm, but still the car has a slight gangsta lean, i suspect it to be the rear trailing arm bushing :O

it could be that your ebrake is on? it happens to some cars.

try opening the door and pushing the car upward(liting slightly) then look at it. it is possibly just resting a little lower where you were the last 150-200lbs sitting on one side. simple friction will hold it down a litle.
and i say open the door and push on the roof, because trust me lifting on the fender is an easy way to get a crease. oops.

Welcome to Honda!
All over the world the same problem!! Driver and engine are on the left side ad some years to it and there you go ''gangsta lean''
The only way you can handle this problem ist get yourself some ajustable coilovers.

so it could be cause of the springs?
