suspension adjustment?

i was lookin at the tokiko blues that i have on my EJ1 and there is a nut on the top of it. i noticed the same thing in the top of my friends stock EH2 suspension. wat does this nut do? is it for an adjustment?

I think it's only the bolt for the top hats.. If the shocks are adjustable then it should be a knob-like thing that you can adjust..

tokico blues and stock shocks are not adjustable. the nut is to most likely hold the assembly together.
