alrite. im sure most people have lowered their eg and have experienced the "bounce". i had the bounce really bad when i lowered my eg on coilovers and tried to ride on stock shocks for a little while....It did not work out..haha. The stock shocks were shot and i replaced them with some tokico blues. i know i need firmer shocks but which would be recommended to help eliminate the bounce? and if anyone knows prices that would be lots of help too but any help would b appreciated. thanx

how low are you?
the bounce shouldn't be too bad w/ tokicos unless you're really low (or they're leaking)

moving this to Suspension section

you must be tripping because there will always be bounce if you have that setup.

Tokico blues are only 30% stiffer rated shocks and skunk2s are well alot stiffer than stock suspension.

What kind of shocks do you have? Koni yellows or Tokico Illuminas (White) or KYB AGX (red) will provide you with the best adjustability to work with your bounce. Excessive oscillation sucks :)

doesn't mean you don't have bounce. I've seen it on eibach pro kits and tokico blues. Its very minimal and tolerable but there IS bounce.

hey! My first coupe rolled around on ebay coilovers on blown shocks and it didn't ride like crap =P

My coupe now has omni coilovers on stock shocks and it doesn't bounce. It rides nice.

The coils and shocks I recommend that seem to be popular with everyone is koni yellows with ground control. I was wanting those for a long time because koni yellows are good shocks and no where could I find anyone had a problem with them. :thumb: However Blake has always told me that it's better to get a full coilover than to mix. Most likely my car will get his other hatches suspension and I might then be riding on k sports. don't know though.
