I would say Function and Form just because of the design. No mater how low you make your car, you will never lose any shock travel.

Just got the F&F's for my Sol, They are stiff but yet not bouncy. They go super super low too. You should enjoy them I do!

With those coil overs you dont lower the car using the spring perches. You adjust the height by spinning the fork up or down.

YOu adjust preload of the springs with the yellow circled collars and height with the red circled collar.

:woot: i got my F/F today!!!! didnt expect them to get them today... i didnt even know they were on their way!!! ill be putting them on 2morrow after work. but first a few Q's. do i leave the spring setting how it is? and do i really need a spring compressor to remove the stock rear springs in the back?

Wow, that was fast.. Post some pics after, aite?

Well, I don't think you need the compressor anymore since the F/F are full coilovers. Just take out your old ones and swap the F/F in. :thumb:

Pics or die! :x Jks!

you do not need a spring compressor at all. Your not taking your old set up apart to put this new one on. You might/will want to add some preload to the F&F set up. to do this just spin the perch that the spring is sitting ON up into the spring. at most 10mm will be good. then just snug up the other perch to the one you moved.

Sweet. How's the ride? And is that halfway for the coilovers?

And wow, I just viewed the prices of FF on eBay and it went up. Wth? :x Before it was only around $500, now it's the same price as the Skunk2 Pro-S.

So I just found out right now that our local import shop here has the Skunk2 Pro-S on sale for $688, and in stock! Now I think I'll pass on the Function & Form and go with the Skunk2.. :D

Does anyone use that set-up? I mean the Pro-S?
