#322771 I was wondering, anyone experiencing the same thing? When I make turns I feel like my rear is flexing a lot. Maybe a rear strut will correct it a little, though I've heard upper rear struts bars are useless.

#322772 Strut bars are not useless. But not worth the $200 people pay for them.

If you have a lot of body roll a sway bar will help and it could also use new struts.

#322773 Yeah I've been looking for sway bars but came across an nrg rear upper strut bar for 15, if it does make a difference I might just pick that up instead of salvaging an integra at a junk yard.

#322793 Body roll and frame twist are two different things. Sway bars will decrease body roll, but if anything, stiffer suspension will increase frame twist. You usually don't notice frame twist until you have good suspension and tires.

A sway bar is a spring connecting two wheels. A chassis brace stiffens the frame of the car so the suspension can better do it's job. And yes, these cheap economy cars are as flexible as the aluminum cans they were modeled after.
