#318040 Check your axle boots for damage or play in the shafts. Also check the steering rack and 12* and 6* play in the wheel on the vehicle

#318064 i had a similar issue and it was my LCA bushings
By EJ1_MK
#318078 Could be your sway bar as well, but more likely the CV shaft as said above.

You need to get the car up in the air and inspect all the bushings and component on that side of the car, older cars that have not had regular maintenance need a bit more attention and TLC until all underlying issues have been found and fixed.

#318091 alright then thank ya man i really appreciate it
i went to this mechanis an he told me its
the rack an pinion is that the same thing or no
cause i was kinda doubting him a bit :eh:
By EJ1_MK
#318092 It could be the rack n pinion, you need to find a shop that you can trust. If it where to be the rack, it would most likely be an inner tie rod but try and find some one you know or a shop that is trusted and have them inspect your car.

#318098 In my experience clicking or clanking when the wheel is turned is an outer CV joint.

There should be a sticky on the new to forums page that will explain how to post pictures, they always help when diagnosing here online then we can point things out easier.

^^ I agree with the post above 90% of the time it is the CV shafts.

By chance do you know if you have a power steering or manual steering rack n pinion in your car?

#318140 Ditto on the CV shaft, if it is that it's a lot easier and cheaper just to replace the whole thing instead of trying to repair the knuckle on the shaft.
