Ive managed to round the bolt thats closest to the wheel im noy sure what its called but theres no bolt for me to do on the other side it seems its part of where the hub is, is there anything i can do to get it out? I have a replacment for it, i just need it out to put my new lca on

A few options, use a slightly smaller socket just hammer it on. Also heat up the bolt first and use pb blaster. And one very important tip, suspension bolts are usually easier to loosen with the wheel partially on the ground so there is less weight on it.
