nope, not really they are pretty straight forward.... there is the two top hat bolts in the trunk under the carpet lining and then the lower control arm bolt that connects the bottom.

just be careful and spray the LCA bolt with a shit load of wd-40 or PB blaster to help loosen it because they have a tendancy to shear off if rusted or something. i didn't have a problem but have heard of others...

good luck man, pretty simple :thumb:

thanks for the help , so i dont have to take down the control arm or anything ? and the problem i see is the strut itself has the bolt on the middle of it with what looks like an alan key shape do i need to touch that ?

You dont need to touch that . Just the 2 bolts holding the strut on.

Jack your car unbolt the 2 top bolts unbolt the bottom bolt connected to the LCA. Then remove and install the new one.

once you get the entire unit out of the car, you then need to loosen that nut you are talking about in the middle to remove the top hat, spring and coilover?

pop that stuff off, put on new strut, pop strut back in car, drive for like 50 miles and RE-TIGHTEN all the suspension bolts...mine were loose as shit when i got new shocks/struts and poly bushings........
