- Fri Feb 05, 2010 9:13 pm #173498 My radio used to turn on fine, but about a week ago it stopped working while my car is running. I know it does work because when i turn my car off then turn the key to ignition 2 the radio does work, and i can turn it back a click and it still works. I dont know too much about wiring or anything, but im willing to learn if anybody has any suggestions. I have an after market receiver, model JVC KD-S790 which came with my car. Thanks

- Fri Feb 05, 2010 9:22 pm #173499 check all the wires on it. might have a wire not properly coverd and its touching metal causing it to shut off.

x2 but then again it seems like it has all power might be the deck that doesnt work
