adding intermitent wipers

I know I have seen a write up somewhere but im apparently search dumb because I dont know where I have seen it.
anyway its electrical, hopefully this is the right forum for this.

You just need the combination switch/stalk on the steering column and the little black box on the back of the under-dash fuse box.

ia the little black box labeled? and if I remove this from a car and put in a non intermitent stalk the wipers will work? im hoping to remove it from one car to put in another. both of them road worthy

It's plainly obvious as the only black box on the back of the under dash fuse box. It's hard to pry out though.
It's plug n play. I put a DX combination switch and that box in my VX.
