As above,

My eg came with the manual heater controls, the one that pulls the wire to open the and close the flap on the pipe coming into the heater matrix,

I know the jap eg's have the electric heater controls but they have extra wires,

Has anyone done this conversion?

I was hoping it was just a case of getting part of the jap loom and plugging it into mine?

the switches are the same. where you its controled by the wire and arm

if you want to do the FULL AUTO climate control. which i completely different from ours
you have to have teh

heater core
controls.
wireing
sensors
and some other stuff and most of this stuff you only see on RHD cars so you cant really do this unless you can do the RHD or you just so happened to come across a LHD heater core

Im from Ireland so its a righ hand drive :thumb:

My frined breaks alot of hondas so i can any of the parts very easilly, i wasnt sure what part of the loom etc i needed,

So basically i need the whole heater setup from an automatic heater control, Do you know weather there is a write up any where that has it???

i dunno if theres a write up but you could try searching honda tech.

i think you might need the dash harness. if not most likely the harness for the ac controls for sure

I saw the one on honda tech for the ek model swap,

Its just plug and play with the harnness and the heater core,

Sure i might just strip the full harrness from a JDM civic and go from there, no harm in trying it anyway i guess.

Ya will do,

Have to update the project thread, picked up some ITR/EK9 rear seats today aswell, fit snugly eventually.
