what ecu?!

hey i swapped a jdm b16a into my 1993 civic cx and dont knwo what ecu to use. some people told me a chipped p28 and some people told me virgin p30?? what about a true jdm pr3 ecu with a od0-obd1 harness? tell me wich one is my best bet??

p30 is the best
you can use a chipped p28 if it has the right maps on it
i'm useing a chipped p06

ight cause i have a virgin p30 in it now and i cant seem to get it to run right. how would a po6 work? thats not even v-tec ecu

the P06 can be chipped and then it can be whatever you want it to be

Ight if I was to chip a PO6 what chip or soft ware should I run? Is a shipped PO6 better than the virgin p30?

Get a chipped P28, you can put what ever program you want, and if you want you can even tune the car with it.
If you get a P06 is good too, but you have to not only chip it but you have to convert it to a vtec ecu.
Chipped p28 is your best bet.
