i swapped my d15b7 to my ej1 shell , everything plugged up fine, the ej1 already came with the wiring, but not an ecu so i connected the ecu from my Hatchback, and now my car is running really off timing. can the Ecu be the problem ? or are the ecu + wiring harness = compatible ?

First, the CX has a D15b8 motor. (8-valve, uses different ecu than d15b7) Was the EJ1 a dx? What years were both cars? Are you sure the wiring harness was not modified in any way? Did you change anything on the engine? Need to know as much info as possible to help.

When I Bought The Hatch It Had A B7. It Was A 92 cx HB and I Swapped That Motor To A 95 Coupe VX . I did not change anything. i Did install a Driver Side Axle Though. I Did Not See Any Mods On The Wiring Harness, Pretty Much Just Plug And Play.

What country are you in? I've never seen a coupe VX, only hatchback VX's.
