Hey guys I'm doing a auto to manual swap on my 95 civic when I went to bolt up the clutch pedal there was a small blue box mounted where the pedal bolts in so I moved it to the side and I was wondering what that box was do I unplug it and get rid of it or do I just relocate it? Any help is greatly appreciated

That is called the interlock box and you can unplug it and take it out, or unplug it and leave it there and forget about it.
