Mystery Plug found under hood

Theres a random unplugged plug under my intake that I have no idea where it goes. It has a green wire, Yellow wire, black wire, and a white wire going to it but the only thing that doesn't work on my car is the horn... Any ideas if this is the horn wires or something else?

My guess is IAT but I'd have to look at the schematic

What engine harness are you using? If it's the OBD2 harness it may be for the secondary o2 sensor. IAT is 2 or 3 wires. o2 sensor is the only thing I can think of with 4 wires that might be that color.

It's a secondary o2 sensor. Looked at a buddies EL. Is there any use to it tuning wise or should I just tape it off? I'm OBD1 not OBD2.
