#324274 i kind of confused as to what you are asking...but i hope this helps in some way

your harness from the shock towers to the ecu might be wired already...if so the pin spots will already have a wire in the respective area....and if you have or are buying an engine harness with vtec all you will have to do is plug it in and you are set to go...if your car is not already wired for vtec and you are not buying a vtec engine harness you will have to run your own wires...but if you do i recommend making them two pieces instead of one long wire from the motor to the ecu...this way you can easily disconnect the wires at a later date if necessary...hope this helps :thumb:

also here is some links that might help you out a bit more

#324276 92-95 civic didn't come with a knock sensor. P06 ecu is for d15b7 - not a vtec motor - so if you run the wires for vtec to a P06, you still won't have vtec. P07 is for d15z1 which is vtec-e motor for fuel economy, not performance vtec like the D16z6. The d16z6 uses a P28 ecu.

#324414 Yeah, AT uses a different ECU than manual. You can convert a P28 ecu to manual, look into if the same can be done with your P06 :thumb:

Also, I believe your compression ratio will be a little on the low side, using a z6 head on y7 bottom end, since OBD1 D series heads have a larger combustion chamber than OBD2 heads.
