So out of no where my windshield wipers only work on high. When I put them on low, all I hear is the relay click. Also, when I turn them off from high, they don't go back to the resting position, they just stop immediately, no matter where they are. Do I need a new motor or new switch? How can I diagnose?

Since you can hear your relay click when you put it in low, wouldn't that point more towards your motor being faulty?
