What in the hell?
How does this even work. I dont get what im looking at.. Would someone mind telling me. What am i supposed to do !?
How does the black wire thats a circle fit into this ?

Lol that looks so ghetto rigged lol but you could just cut the plugs off and just wire em together and voila lol
soldering would be a bad idea either but u cant go wrong with electric tape

What do you mean. Splice the wires from the fog?
Cant i just flatten the black wire to fit into the plug?

Soldering will give you a better current and a piece of mind that the wire won't ever fall out.

Yeah, you're better off cutting the wires, and wiring it wire to wire, if you don't have a soldering gun/iron then you can use the tube terminals, not sure what they're called but they look like colorful tubes.

no black to black and white to white from the fog to the wiring
