Ok so this problem with my reverse lights not working is blowing my mind and has me stumped. So i have a manual tranny and i already replaced the reverse light switch that sits on top of the tranny with a new one. I checked all my fuses as well as my bulbs. Is there a sensor somewhere that is connected with the reverse lights like the auto tranny's have? Im stumped here, help me out please.

i have the exact same problem i was thinking maybe turn them on manualy like with an extra switch that i rig up?

come on guys, does noone have an answer for this ?

maybe the contact point is worn down in the trans and not getting a connection to turn on the lights. or a short in the wiring.
