Whats up guy im about to buy a msd external coil. Im just wondering when i take out my oe coil do i put the msd external coil in the same place as were the oe coil goes in? The msd comes with distributor cap, rotor and external coil. The coil looks like the oe one not the bottle lookibg one. So im kinda confuse because it say external. So a little help from you guys would be great...thNks

This is what you are buying, correct? The ss coil is external, so you will have to find a mounting spot for it.

Hook up is a piece of cake. Just be sure and securely mount the coil.
