3rd brake light replacement?

I was looking at my lights last night and found that my 3rd brake light is out. It was getting dark and I couldn't really see how you get in there to replace the light.

hatch coupe or sedan?
wing or interior?
and this is a newb thing the 3rd light only works when you press the brakes

Its on a hatchback and I know it only lights with the brakes. I figured that is why its called the 3rd brake light. anyways while the brakes are pressed it doesn't light.

Well id say easiest way is to unbolt the 2 10mm nuts on either side of the hatch glass (where the spoiler bolts on) Then you can pop the spoiler off and there is a cover you can pop off then unscrew the light and then you should have some access to the bulb socket
hope that helps if you have any questions let me know ive changed this bulb a couple of times on my and my friends hatches.....
