so everytime it rians my taillights get wet.. which makes my bulbs die out.. why is this happening? would replacing my taillights fix this issue?

Try replacing the black foam gaskets

Yes replace the seals. im having the same issue but i havent installed me foam seals in there yet.. Just have to let the lights air out or replace them with new if your having that fog taillight affect also.. =]

im guessing the taillights are the reason to why my spare tire area is wet also? the cars rear interior is stripped and i notice it every time it rains

Yeah that's most likely from the same problem. It could be weather stripping but I'd replace those tail light gaskets first and I bet that takes care of the water problem.

I had the same problem!! I never even thought about the tail lights!
