Civic EG

Hello everyone, this is my first post in here but i need help. I live in Australia, I did a swap from d15b4 Dual carb engine to D16a8 Fi injection engine. The problem is that the engine is not cranking, but when i jump start the starter motor the engine starts. I can hear the fuel pump the main relay is ticking, we do not have clutch lock in Australian cars, so it is not the clutch. Fuses are allright, battery read 12.5volt
I have checked the black/white cable that goes to the solenoid in starter motor but its not getting any power.
in addition the power windows central locking is not working. Lights are working, signal is not working. i have not checked the rest electrical stuff, but i think that is enough.
I am using d16y1 car loom from eh9 1994. car i have is eg4 hatch.
how can i fix this problem,cheers

I found the problem for not cranking, the loom i used is from automatic civic.
So i connect the blk/white to black/red color and car start.
what i should i rewire from automatic to manual ??
ecu is for manual/ but loom is from automatic.
