Ok.. my lights all are screwd to hell.. way too long of a story to explain.. iv always only had high beams on my car....

when i turn on the high beams, only 1 comes on. then when i pull it back they both turn on, and everytime i switch it.. they keep going back n forwth . example i left off the lil thing (duno the name but its wat u pull back to get ur high beams going) like my right 1 will turn off, then i flick it again. and my left 1 will turn off and my right one will turn on.. idk, i tried messing with the wires.. switched them around.. for liek 40 mins.. and nothing still..

tried to connections....... i bought new bulbs... and about the fuse.. ill take a look at that.. i don't see how its the fuse cuz, i CAN get both of them to turn on, if i hold it back (the thing u twist to turn the lights on)
