which would be a better choice...

Well I finally took time to work on my car. note: Ive always noticed my vtec wont pop
anyways as im gonna hook up my full ac system radiator compressor etc i notice i got switches missing. also i saw why my vtec wont pop cause its not even hooked up ! and my cruise control doesnt work and my speedometer doesnt work.
so im starting to think well i guess my harness is probably f*ed up.
so my question is would is be easier on my pocket if i just get a whole d16z6 ex wiring harness or fix and make connections ?
