Civic EG

This is a minor detail just thought id figure it out

Wile driving at night I will turn my brights on
Every now and then when I turn my brights off to go to my low beams
The low beams wont come on so im left driving in the dark

Ive replaced all of my high and low beam fuses
Also adjusted the bulb pigtails
Bulbs are pretty new I usually replace them regularly

Im not too sure what it is
Thinking its my switch relay...

are the bulbs/fuses blowing?

if not i'd say its the switch mechanism on the steering column
