#242115 you could check it using a test light. It's a cheap and useful tool for finding shorts, everyone should have one :thumb:

But chances are if the clutch switch is bad, your car would not start even when the clutch is pressed to the floor like it should.

Automatics actually have a blue interlock box up in the dash on the driver's sine but I don't think manual cars have them.

i didnt know what the interlock system, and the integrated control unit
were so i started with the back up light, so i disconnected it and turns out that was the culprit. so no more blowing fuses :woot:
