hhhhmmmmmmm..okay before you guys go saying this is rice and yada yada...Lol i just had a quick question i was on the freeway i few months ago...and i saw a 98 accord turn his left blinker on and when it turned on it really caught my eye. it wasnt fast....cuz thats not what im going for..it kinda looked more like...a bright flash and it slowly faded away..kind of like..looking at the lights on an airport runway or something. well anyways i thought it was cool and was wondering if anyone knew how to do that? do i gotta use an LED bulb for that?? hhmm...id appreciate the help.
