Ok i redid my timing cuz i replaced my dizzy(lifetime warrenty)
so i jumped the 2 wire jumper so you can time it
and im throwing code 15.. but my cel isnt on watso ever
code 15 is ignition output signal
wtf is that? wat does it mean??
help!

is your CEL light burned out? it should come on for a second when you start your car.
and if your CEL isn't on, how did you count the flashes to figure out you have a code 15

ok the cel isnt not on, when turn the key over it comes on for a sec and turns off like normal, but when you time the eg's you have to jump the 2 wires that you jump to show you your cel(stops the ecu from adv and ret the timing so you can set it correct), well when i jumped them to do my timing code 15 flashed

how you fix this issue? im having a code 15.. my car cranks but doesnt start.
