TOGGLE SWITCH IGNITION HELP!!!!!

I have a 95 Civic. My project consists of a (s2000) push button start and two toggle switches. I want to flip the first toggle switch for ACC, and the second toggle switch for everything else. Then I will use the button to start the car. (I know this makes the car easier to steal).

I have succeeded in installing the push button; I know this because if I use my key and then push the button it starts!! When I flip the first toggle switch my ACC's (Radio etc) comes on (which is correct) and but when I flip the second toggle switch my instrument cluster lights come on and it sounds like the fuel pump comes on (like normal) BUT when I push the button the car just keeps turning over and does not start as if it is not getting fuel or spark... (I guess).

What am I missing???
Can Someone tell me what wires should be hooked up to the first/second toggle to make the car stay running? THanks for any help

Both toggle switches are rated 30A 12V and wires are 12 gauge.[/b]
