code 15 and 41 ,right, have not had to do this much so im not sure if im reading this right

How do u do that and how do u read it????

there is a blue jumper under the dash passenger side. use a paper clip and jump it out. turn the key to acc. it will start flashing, if you have code. a long flash equals 10, and a short flash equals 1. for instance if it flashes long, long, short, short, short, the code will be 23.
