What o2 sensor to use?

I'm using a P2T ecu with an adapter on a b16a, using original EG loom
Just want to know what o2 sensor i'm suppose to use, either 1 wire or 4 wire one. 1 wire sensor fits the loom, where as the 4 wire would have to be wired in.
I'm not sure what o2 sensor is compatible with the P2T ecu
