Hey, so for some reason my fuel and temp gauge are broken... when i start my car, they would all jump up and stay there.
Do any one know what could be the problem?

There are coils on each gauge. The end of the coils, very thin microscopical wires are soldered to a designated spot. As far as I know, those wires come loose and this leads to the needles jump up, because there is nothing to regulate them.
I hope you understand what I said, because I am a little tired and I can't get my thoughts straight.
Basically - they need to be either re-soldered or you need to buy a new cluster.
Ofcourse, wait for a second opinion.

I read you loud and clear. No wonder when I was inspecting the gauge, I saw a small wire dangling there. If I re-solder it , does it matter have to be in an exact location?
