I just looked at my 1993 del sol's ECU because the car is sputtering and making popping noises, my car has a P06 ECU, what ECU do I need the PR4? Also all this OBD-1 and OBD-0 stuff is confusing would I just need the new ECu and that is it?

What engine do you have? I'm assuming the B18A1 based off the title. If that's the case, you should be running the PR4 ECU.

You need to use the OBD-1 ECU if the B18A1 is from an Integra of 1992-1993, OBD-0 if the engine is 1990-1991.

You can tell by the shape of the electrical connectors. OBD-0 B18A1 connectors are round, OBD-1 connectors are rectangular/square and black/grey.

Your car is OBD-1 though, considering they started making the DelSol in 1992. So I would say use the OBD-1 ECU.

alrite so in 93 they made a obd1 pr4 I do beleive as they had a obd1 teg during that year.....

the p06 is the civic dx ecu so if your useing it to run a 1.8l b18 then thats well thats not going to work lol you definately should get either a P75 or Pr4 as im not sure how the ecu wires are setup the major thing you should do is switch to what ever obd your running in the car

for example
88-91 civics are obd0 thusly youd want to use a obd0 ecu aka pr4

your 93 sol should be a obd1 car but the way your talking im rather confused if someoen wired up something obd0 in it....i mean if the motors obd0 then just use the b18b1 ecu as its the exact same.......and its obd1 so it goes right in....

now im not sure if your problems are ecu related but if once you change your ecu and it still dose it there is something wrong elsewhere.....and we can help once you swap ecus...
