Ok I'm plannin on doing a b20b swap in my eg coupe.... now I'm thinking the best ecu and tranny would be the Ls tranny and ecu...what is involved in switching the ecu out? Can somebody explain this? Thank you..

the ecu will plug right in..

in most cases, and especially to our cars, piggy backs are a unreliable/out dated way to adjust air/fuel ratios.

The best ECU would be the one made for the engine. Why not get the CRV ECU?

If you head swap it then you will need to get it dyno tuned. If you're going to do that, why not get an H22 or B18C1? Stick to the OEM ECU as much as possible. There is nothing but crap out there as far as hacking the OEM ECU or trying to get a good tune.

Take a look at Chrono404's B20 DelSol build.

He explains wiring issues in the thread.
