More money and work than it's worth. Most of those systems have failed by now and you can get a basic Viper / Python / Clifford / Hornet alarm for cheaper, it will be easier to put in, last longer, have better features, and a better remote.
If you install it right, it will be virtually impossible for a thief to overcome it. While with the factory Acura alarm you can simply reach under the seat and unplug the harness. Click my sig for more details about stealth installing an aftermarket alarm.
