What does the SRS light in the cluster mean? I was told it had something to do with the air bags. What would be some issues that would make it come on and stay on?

possibly a busted srs coil in your stering collum... if your cars been wrecked before and the airbag has gone off and that ruins the srs coil or (clock spring as its mor comon name) even tho it has a good air bag in it that coil can still be bad if they just replaced the bag, and the light wont directly affect your day to day driving unlees your in an accident... but it may cause you to fail inspection...

Good thing we don't have inspection here, lol. It wasn't on until I had my system put in. Could it be a blown fuse or anything like that?

the srs light can stay on if you unplug any of your airbag harnesses. if your cars 92-93 all you'll need to do is plug it again, but if it's 94-95 or higher you'll have to reset the srs unit. easily done so lemme know if you wanna know how.

If I check all my fuses and that doesn't fix it, I will let you know. Its a pretty bright light, lol.
