i have had this problem on many of my civics
everytime it turns out to be something else.

if you have an aftermarket radio that could cause it.
most likely the dimmer switch.
best bet is to go through some wiring with a meter.
meter the fuse under dash.
the dimmer switch.
you headlight illumination switch.
cluster lights.
radio/clock lights.
anything with that illumination circuit until you find where the 12v stops.

and its the Red/ Black stripped wire.

Good Luck :thumb:

i just so happen to have a meter in my car o i will try this :woot:

and im guessing its not cause of the radio cause that thing has been in it before i got it and it was fine, it just recently started going out, so im thinking its the dimmer switch, but i will heck it out with my meter :thumb:
